BUMCRETE was founded by the owner of Burg Concrete, a residential concrete company with over 20 years of hands-on experience pouring driveways, patios, sidewalks, footers, and everything in between.
After two decades of ordering concrete, one frustration never went away: getting small loads delivered without the runaround.
Traditional ready-mix companies run full-size trucks built for commercial pours. When you need 2 or 3 yards for a residential job, you're hit with a hefty short-load fee — sometimes $300+ per yard — just because you don't need a full truck.
And even when you pay the fee, the big trucks can't always get where you need them. Tight driveways, narrow side yards, backyard pours — real residential jobsites weren't designed for 60,000-pound mixers.
